Jason Timothy Chef Jason Timothy is a Johnson and Wales graduate (97) and excluding a few stints in NYC and Maryland, he has been working in Providence kitchens for twenty years. Among other locations, Jason was on the opening team at the Spiced Pear in Newport, where he was invited to cook at the James Beard House most recently held the position of Chef de Cuisine at Loie Fuller’s. He is inspired by rich international flavors and strives to make his food accessible to everyone. With this new venture Jason is putting all his experience and hard work on the table and creating experiences that are a true representation of his personality and taste.
Leigh Vincola Leigh Vincola is a writer and food industry professional on the PR/marketing and event management side. She has worked boutique firms and organizations promoting chefs, restaurants and important topics in food and agriculture. Her writing has been published in local and international publications and she has managed large and small-scale food events across the country. Leigh is deeply connected to the regions farmers and food producers.
Sean Larkin Sean Larkin is the fonder and owner of Revival Brewing and has been creating crowd-pleasing beers for over 19 years. The signature brews Sean developed for Trinity, a local brewpub and craft brewery in Providence, RI, where he served as Chief Brewing Officer for over a decade, and as a consultant for Narragansett Brewing Company, are beloved by beer enthusiasts across Rhode Island and beyond. Over his career, Sean has won 14 awards at the Great International Beer Festival -- including three for Revival beers, medaled at the 1996 World Beer Cup for his Russian Imperial Stout, and took home a bronze in 2010 at the Great American Beer Festival.
